You agree to use NxtTls only for lawful purposes. You must not use our services to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who violates these terms.
2. Video Converter
Upload only content you own or have rights to. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any video or audio content you upload does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws. NxtTls is not responsible for user-uploaded content.
3. DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on NxtTls infringes your copyright, please contact us at dxenablers@gmail.com with the relevant details and we will act promptly.
4. Blog & Content
Articles on NxtTls are provided for informational purposes. Tool guides may become outdated as features change — always verify against the live tool pages.
5. No Warranties
All tools and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data, conversion, or analysis provided by our tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxtTls and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or reliance on tool outputs.
7. File Retention & Deletion
Files uploaded for processing are stored temporarily and automatically deleted. Video files are deleted after 2 hours. We do not retain copies beyond the processing window.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of NxtTls after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
